Wendy Schmidt

I started ballroom dancing when I was approximately 15 years old. After raising a family in Prince George, since 1998 I have increased my expertise with all types of International and Standard dance styles, and am confident at the beginner and intermediate levels. Dance is a passion for me. I want to assist individuals in learning dance and helping them feel confident in their knowledge and technique - without compromising just being able to have a lot of fun. I love working with people and enjoy seeing people who initially were hesitant or didn't think they would dance very well, turn into confident dancers who can smile at their quick progress - for general dance and especially for wedding dance. I wanted to say I was thoroughly impressed with the way Wendy instructed and encouraged our learning to dance. Wendy is a Wonderful Instructor

She is knowledgeable and makes learning fun and easy going while offering a variety of dance lessons in different learning environments (from group dance to private lessons). In our private lessons she has taken the time to write out what we’ve learned to make practicing at home much easier, and is always offering tips on how to improve. My husband is very shy and has never danced before, and she made learning so much fun for the both of us! So happy we decided to learn from Wendy!
