About Me

I started ballroom dancing when I was approximately 15 years old. After raising a family in Prince George, since 1998 I have increased my expertise with all types of International and Standard dance styles, and am confident at the beginner and intermediate levels. Dance is a passion for me. I want to assist individuals in learning dance and helping them feel confident in their knowledge and technique – without compromising just being able to have a lot of fun. I love working with people and enjoy seeing people who initially were hesitant or didn’t think they would dance very well, turn into confident dancers who can smile at their quick progress – for general dance and especially for wedding dance. If you are interested in private lessons, group lessons, or creating an unforgettable elegant wedding dance, email me or give me a call. I would love to be part of your journey.

Wendy is Amazing

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for all that Wendy has done for me as my dance teacher. Her passion, dedication, and talent have truly inspired me and enriched my life in countless ways.

Wendy, thank you for your unwavering support and encouragement, both on and off the dance floor. Your patience and kindness have made every class a joy, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn from you. Your commitment to excellence and your ability to bring out the best in your students are truly remarkable.

Motivational & Fun

May 8, 2024

I wanted to say I was thoroughly impressed with the way Wendy instructed and encouraged our learning to dance. I’ve struggled with it for so many years, my wife always wants to dance and I never had the confidence. Thank you Wendy for your patience and making me feel comfortable. After attending for some time now I really enjoy it and my wife is so much happier that I can confidently dance with her at the events we attend. Thank you!

Wendy is a Wonderful Instructor

December 13, 2023

She is knowledgeable and makes learning fun and easy going while offering a variety of dance lessons in different learning environments (from group dance to private lessons). In our private lessons she has taken the time to write out what we’ve learned to make practicing at home much easier, and is always offering tips on how to improve. My husband is very shy and has never danced before, and she made learning so much fun for the both of us! So happy we decided to learn from Wendy!

I have been attending Wendy’s dance classes for 9 years. Great all around technical instruction with a positive inspiring attitude from basic beginner to advance. Wendy is lead or follow.
